Delivery & Shipping Information
Every UK order is sent fully insured, door to door, for one flat price — whatever you spend. There are no weight bands, no order minimums and nothing extra added at checkout.

Fully insured UK delivery, per order. Sent by Royal Mail and signed for on arrival — the same price on every order, whatever its value.
What the delivery charge includes
- One flat price of £19.99 per order — the same whether you buy a single gram bar or a monster box.
- Full insurance in transit, from our counter to your door.
- Royal Mail, signed for — someone will need to be there to sign for the parcel.
- A dispatch confirmation email, typically sent between 5:30pm and 6:15pm on the day your order leaves us.
Dispatch times and the 2pm cut-off
The cut-off for orders to be sent out the next day is 2pm / 14:00. Orders placed, or funds received, after 2pm are normally processed the following working day.
Orders dispatched on a Friday may arrive on either the Saturday or the Monday, depending on your local postal service. Most orders travel with Royal Mail; larger consignments may be sent by UPS courier instead, and we will let you know if that applies to yours.
Where we deliver
The £19.99 flat rate covers delivery addresses within the United Kingdom. If you are ordering from Jersey, Guernsey or anywhere outside the UK, please call us on +44 (0) 20 7405 8000 or email [email protected] before placing your order, so we can confirm insured carriage to your address.
