How much is delivery?
Delivery costs £19.99 for every order.
How are my goods sent?
Orders are sent by Royal Mail Signed For using registered, fully insured delivery.
Can I collect?
Card orders placed online must be delivered to the address registered to the payment card and cannot be collected. To arrange collection, pay by bank transfer before arrival and bring photo ID (such as a driving licence) plus two utility bills dated within the last three months.
Can I change my delivery address?
No. For fraud protection, we cannot change the delivery address after an order is placed.
Will you send me delivery details?
Yes. We will email your Royal Mail tracking reference when your order is dispatched.
Do you need identification when I buy from you?
Yes. Your order-confirmation email will explain the documents required. In some cases, we may request photo ID and two recent utility bills.
How will I know you have received my money?
We will email you as soon as your payment has been received.
Do you buy back bullion?
Yes. We buy back bullion; contact us or use the gold calculator on our website.
Do you ship outside the UK?
No, at this time we only ship within the UK.
